For the ascent itself, we have partnered with Madison Mountaineering, one of the most respected names in guided expeditions. Your co-guide on the mountain is Ed Viesturs, the American mountaineer who summited all fourteen of the world's 8,000-meter peaks without supplemental oxygen. Ed is arguably one of the best mountaineers of all time.

The Six Months

One ascent, in three movements

The transformation is the whole journey.

Movement One

The Call & The Compass

We kick off our journey together with a two-day retreat in the mountains of Colorado. Here you'll gain massive clarity on the inner climb you must take to elevate to your next level. We'll also hike up one of Colorado's 14'ers as a warm up. Weather permitting.

October 8-10, 2026

Movement Two

The Trek to Base Camp

We'll work together over four-months. Monthly one-on-one coaching and group sessions focus on identity-level work and becoming the leader your business needs. It's a new world out there, and this will prepare you to lead in it.

October 11 to January 23

Movement Three

The Climb

A summit of Aconcagua, with Ed Viesturs. The final challenge that you've been preparing for, while being led by one of the all-time legends in mountaineering. At 22,838 feet, you'll stand on top of the Western World.

January 24 to February 7, 2027
